Frequently asked questions:

  • Free private parking is available on site (without having to reserve in advance).

  • WIFI is free and available everywhere in the hotel.

  • The pool is open from mid May until mid September, no it is not heated.

  • Yes we have a restaurant at the hotel called “Le Cristal”. Reservations or half board can be organised in advance.

  • ✓ Arrival from 15:00 to 22:00

    ✓ Departure until 11:00

    If you would like to request an arrival or departure outside the scheduled times, you can make a special request when making your reservation.

    (Special requests are not guaranteed).

  • There is a public bus from the airports to Grenoble and then another bus from Grenoble to Bourg d’Oisans (line T75)

  • Every room have their own private bathroom.

  • A few of the rooms and apartments (7) have balconies or terraces, yes.

  • Room service is not an option at the moment but you may bring food up to you’re room and consume it.

  • We have 37 rooms in total in our establishment

  • Access to the parking, wifi, swimming pool, sauna, cold plunge, gym, and bike storage. Guests also enjoy the play area (pool table, foosball, TV, games), outdoor terrace, bike guidebook and all communal living rooms.

  • Additional options include massages, conference room access, breakfast, hot or cold beverages, wine tasting, printing services, secure luggage storage, washing machine and dryer, electric car recharge, and late check-out or early check-in (subject to availability).
